   None of this has the flavor the old school-rad-type riders had. Just my opinion, but I dont think it looks as cool. In the 80’s it looked like they were break-dancing on their bikes. This may be more advanced, but not as visually appealing and thats why its not in the X-games anymore.

   Even though I don’t ride BMX, I think flatland is awesome. You need so much skill to pull off such stunts; it’s a fucking shame X games nixed this event.

    simon and matt wilhelm are def. my favorite flatland riders. and x games isn’t that great without flatland. : /

    I strongly disagree, I mean street and vert riders have so much publicity that they’ve lost sight of having fun, It’s pretty much all about competition now, and with flatland being so low key there are few riders but at the end of the day everyone just wants to have fun and flatland riders are more of a family, However the sport could use some more sponsors, because there are so many terrific riders out there who could use some replacement parts which is always a nessecity in flatland.
