AFA freestyle flatland competition in Columbus Ohio 3/26/86. Not one of my best runs I put my foot down alot. Still some good tricks, the rock walk and rollback 540 are beautifully executed!

I had an ACS rotor lying around in my shed along with some other old school parts, but I can’t find it. Some of the parts might be worth something, but I wonder if I should work on an old school build. I have the old Haro stem and Schwinn Predator frame and fork from around 86 or 87 with the brake cable going underneath the down tube and a few other? parts.
Simple answer. It’s not BMX, it’s freestyle. Watch the? intro to the movie RAD and then try to do all those tricks on your brake-less bmx.
dude i love this video, i just got back into bmx after 20 years. i cant do tricks worth a shit but i still enjoy a classic bike. i got a 87 dyno compe, 93 dyno air, and just picked up a 96 air. also have a 88? samchuly that looks like a vertigo.

LOL actually I was thinking ACS Rotor when I said Gyro lol Too funny. Words I haven’t said in freakn’ years lol. I use to ride a Redline RL 22 back in the day. A few contest? under my belt as well lol. Awesome vid man. Thanks for sharing!

When this was filmed, I dont the Gyro was out yet. There was the ACS Rotor, but they didnt work worth a damn. I didnt even? run rear brakes until right before this competition so I could do a decade, which was a new trick at the time
