Ok so to do this one, I would recomend you feel pretty comfterble with the bike, you can ride no hands and so on.Might also help to be comfterble with bar hops. There are a few ways ride in, i will say 2. Ride at a medium speed for both. and as with both ride in methods keep hands to far edge of the bars. METHOD 1- When riding at a decent speed BAR HOP BUT! land with both feet ON the bars as apose to OVER the bars. so u will have both feet on the bars n hands still holding, now you have to try and roll that postion till u can roll it no problem. when you learn that, pretty much stand up, at 1st it will b more like ur jumping off as apose to standing because wen u start as soon as u go to stand up n get straight up u will fall off ur step off or jump off, from lack of balance or fear, either or, its a phase. you will keep doing thiss till you can gradualy hold it, then b leave it or not u will learn to steer the bike left right or in circles if you want. you will drop the bike MANYYYYYYYY times lol so i hope you dont mind a few scracths. also sumtimes u might panic jump off but the bike was balanced and will roll away n ull have to run after it b 4 it hits a car lol. Method 2 – how i did it in video. put both feet on the frame (top tube) both hands on the far side of grips (make room for feet) then place either left or right foot on bars, u can hold that position till ur blanced n ready. then hold bars good n take other foot n take it off the frame and onto other side bars
