Chef Goldblum??
This is so disturbing…. something about pig really grosses me out eating. Likely because they are cute and I? want a micro pig as a pet or something. Seems similar to eating a dog to me….
He doesn’t think the guy should get on his hands and knees, obviously.
I agree with what he said.? Sure, it’s a pig and it’s dead. But of all people a butcher should know that was once a living being and deserving of at least a little respect.
The butcher was scary, sort of like a drunk thug, but the band saw was scarier.? :O
2:27? dude what are you doing that is not how you chef’s knife
3:24 is really satisfying?
This is a great? informational tool for serial killers.
You do not want to have insomnia and use that band saw! I have to imagine quite a few butchers have lost their digits, hands or even died because of that thing. It cuts? through bones like paper. Yikes.
With all those knives and saws, I’m? amazed you still have all your fingers. I’m pretty sure I would’ve lost one or two.
Exactly, I always gently place my ribeye steaks? down on the skillet. I bow as I do it, too.
check out? Four men and a pig. seam butchery at it`s finest
This was not long and drawn out (multiple parts, 1-infinity video series) like many other videos. Fantastic? demonstration!
Peace be upon you. :)?
Agreed bro, it’s important to know and appreciate where our food comes from.?
fuck off mohammed cow fucker?
swine? nasty
Say what u what about the man but, I would love to have his knowledge and expertise. Well done Jeff!? Very educational video. You can tell he has a passion for his profession.
Best breakdown of a pig on the web. Thank you very for sharing some trade secrets with us. When? I am in your town I will patronize your business.
Jeffrey !! you need to? remove your jewellery, clean your nails, wear a hair net,and never use a band saw the way you did,you use the tray to push the item through the saw,NOT your arm.
Apart from that,I love your personality, warmness, and general demeanour.
I would definitely trust you with my meats.
You’re down to earth, with no stuck up airs and graces, and know your craft inside out.
A pleasure to watch your videos, man.
Liked and subbed.
I just sent the first pig I ever raised to a family butcher. Now I have an idea of what I’m getting back. Course my guy was much bigger than that. I have? a lot of appreciation for my pig and thank him for a great time.
Great butcher but I thought he was a tad disrespectful towards the meat the way he threw it around. That’s if it’s possible to be disrespectful to a dead? pig.
Jeffrey needs? a hairnet
How? did I get here from World of Warcraft?
greet job mr jeffrey?
